By using this demo site you agree to these sample terms. They are placeholder text, written to show how a ticketing service might lay out its rules, and are not a real contract.

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us about any misuse.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Prices include a clearly shown service fee and may include taxes. Official tickets follow the event creator's refund policy. Fan resale tickets are covered by the Buyer Guarantee.

Tickets are for personal use and may not be used for commercial promotion without permission.

• You may only list tickets you legitimately own.
• You must transfer the ticket by the deadline after a sale.
• Fees and commissions are shown before you list and deducted from your payout.
• We may remove listings or hold payouts if we suspect fraud.

Event creators are responsible for the accuracy of their event pages, for honoring tickets sold, and for following local laws. We may remove events that break our rules or put people at risk.

• No fraud, harassment or misleading listings.
• No automated bots to buy tickets or scrape the site.
• No attempts to interfere with the service or other users.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is. Our responsibility for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it, apart from rights that cannot be limited by law.
