You can lower your price any time. If you do, interested fans get an alert.

Before your first payout we confirm who you are. This protects buyers and keeps scalpers and fraudsters out.

Verification is usually approved within minutes. In this demo, no ID or account details are collected.

When your ticket sells, you have a deadline to send it. We tell you exactly how.

• Mobile transfer. Send the ticket from the original app to the email we give you.
• PDF or QR upload. Upload the file straight into your listing.
• Deadline. Transfer within 24 hours of the sale, or at least 48 hours before the event, whichever is sooner.

Miss the deadline and the order is cancelled, the buyer is refunded and a penalty may apply.

Depending on where you live, income from ticket resale may be taxable. We do not give tax advice, but we make records easy.

• Download a yearly summary of your sales from your account.
• Sellers over reporting thresholds may receive a tax form.
• Taxes charged to buyers are collected and remitted by PromoTix where required.
